Wallpaper threats | Android biggest Mistake | Avoid using this?

Hack

Ghostly Wallpaper | Can brick your phone

Android Hacks, since 2008 it has been a favourite place for hackers. Because android available as an open-source it an option where hackers can easily attack.

Security has a major part in the Android system, since everything in your phone from personal details to social media, from banking to online shopping. Hackers always aim for third party applications and could base services.

There are several and popular applications that are used by hackers that are commonly based on faster increase battery life, and screensavers, ringtones downloading applications, and more.

Biggest threats to your phone

Public networks: Connections of public Wi-Fi, local networks making the way easy for hackers.

Third-party apps: Unofficial apps are lack of security. Malware attacks easily taking place.

SMS Trojans: anonymous messages are always dangerous. It could easily infect your phone by creating worms.

Ghostly wallpaper

Wallpaper is always a choice for our phone. An innocuous landscape photo can soft brick your Android phones.

Soft brick is the loop stuck in the lock screen and offs, even after the reboot

The only way to get rid of soft brick is to flash a new android OS to the phone.

The issue is due to color spaces of Android phones and supporting color management. The source of the image, that RGB color space doesn’t support Android 10 and below versions.  Because of the RGB incompatible to the display of the picture is the major problem. Many other images do the same, so it is safe to download from the official sources

STEPS

Blynk

1.  You need to create an account in Blynk Application using e-mail.

IoT

2.  You can name your project with a title and need to choose the microcontroller board type you are going to use.

IoT

3.  You can also theme dark or light.

IoT

4.  You need to upload the library (i.e., source code) on the board.

More options are available for the connectivity of board and the phone

a.  Bluetooth

b.  Wi-Fi

c.   Ethernet

d.  USB

e.  GSM

                 f.  BLE
IoT

5.  When you have created a projected an authentications code sent to your mail.

IoT

6.  You need to update the specific code in the library.(How to install Library)

7.  You need to select the pin and widgets you’re going to use.

a.  Widgets option you must choose wisely.

                             i.   Analog and Digital options are also available.

IoT

8.  The important thing is to remember is the phone and the board must be online.

 9.  At last, you can control the phone you have made.

Widgets: Will be available in the plus symbol at the top right corner.

  • Button: It acts as a switch on and off.
  • Styled Button:  It also acts like a switch but a different design.
  • Slider: It is a horizontal slider act like a regulator.
  • Vertical Slider: Same as that of Slider but in vertical
  • Timer: It is a digital widget used to on or off with timer similar to phone timer.
  • Joystick: It is like a normal joystick that moves up, down, left, and right.
  • SuperChart: It acts like a graph. Use can use to read the values like temperature, moisture for the day also.
  • Gauge: It measures the value in analog for like in motorcycles.
  • Social Media: You can also connect your social profiles Twitter and Email with Applications. Even the notification option is available.
  • More widgets available you can experience yourself more when you use it.

IoT | Internet of Things | How it works? | Basic IoT Platforms | Why it is famous now?

IoT | Internet of Things (.io)

Internet of Things (i.e., IoT). Why it is called so, because of the way it works by connecting devices, embedded systems, sensors, and other utilities. Commonly used in industries, hotels, big buildings, even in home. Actually what IoT do, it works like a middle person connecting the input platforms and the output platforms (for example connecting a temperature sensor and widgets to calculate the temperature values). It is the platform used to transfer data wirelessly and range less.

How it works?

It is a simple connectivity of hardware and software. Hardware likes microcontrollers, sensors, GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and many other modules, on the other hand software like similar to ‘C’ and ‘C++’ which controls and gives data by processing.

 Actual process:

Data collected through sensors -> Goes to the server in IoT platforms -> Devices connected to platforms like computer or smartphones.

And it goes vice versa when a command is given the devices like smartphones at the other end it may connected like light, fan, and sensors, it can be controlled like switching on or off may controlling the voltage levels.

Online platforms

There are many apps and online websites are available which will help to get the readings.

Many options are available in the apps like controller through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. IoT is effective is depends on where you use and how do you use in such manner IoT is a biggest leading technology.

Simple steps of IoT

·         Register your account in IoT Platforms

·         Connect your project (Hardware components)

·         Connect the project to output device (i.e., smartphone or computer)

·         Then your project works

Basic projects using IoT are (DIY):

·         Switching of light on and off

·         Thief detector

·         Water level of tank

·         Security alarm

·         Fire alarm

·         Bluetooth control car

·         Drones

·         Weather station

·         Speed detector and etc.

Applications:

IoT applications are endless. It depends where you use like smart home, smart city, and smart vehicle. They are huge field IoT in Industry, HealthCare, Agriculture, Energy saving, Environmental monitoring, Transportation even in IPL (Smart Stumps).
